Now that we have an understanding of the basic physics of coffee, we can use the baselines we create and apply them to any new coffee!
Here we will explore information about origins and processes a little more in order to make educated decisions on what we buy and why we buy them. We will also run a full cupping with scoring sheets to understand the process and further our own development.
